Casual Passers - by

Braco Dimitrijević made a ten meter high obelisk out of white Carrara marble, bearing the inscription:
“March 11 – This could be a day of historical importance,”
in the garden of Schloss Charlottenburg, Berlin in 1979.
The date of March 11 was chosen by Peter Malwitz, a casual passerby, because it was his birthday.
